The CH360 Innovations Foundation exists to recognize and resource the community-based organizations on the front lines of health equity. We celebrate the bravest, most inventive CBOs in every state we serve — the ones removing barriers, knitting together fragile systems, and proving every day that real change happens at the community level.

Recognize the Unsung
An annual award celebrating the most innovative, effective, and mission-driven community-based organizations in every state we serve — subscriber or not.
Reinvest 1% of Profits
Each year, 1% of CH360's net profit from each state is granted directly to two awarded CBOs in that state — fuel for the people doing the hardest work.
Community Decides
Nominations and voting happen on the CH360 platform. Every voter stays anonymous, but their county is shown — proving impact reaches every corner of the state.
